Hi, Im an Oracle newbie finding something strange...

when I for instance create a new user in OEM, the user doesn't show when I sqlplus select * from all_users...

I installed the v 9.2.0.1 and upgraded to 9206 as that is the version we use in our company...

Shouldn't these "views" reflect the same data??

Are you talking about creating Administator accounts in OEM ?

I assume you are going to Database Name --> Security --> Users in the navigation window and clicking "Create" from there ?

Have you tried creating a user in the database thru SQL*Plus and seeing if that user shows up in OEM?

If you have multiple databases, you may want to ensure you are connecting to the correct one.
