Greetings!
We're surveying users of enterprise software applications (e.g., Peoplesoft, Oracle) regarding cost and satisfaction issues, and would like to see if any members of this group are interested in participating.
The research results will be used to gauge relative levels of cost and satisfaction regarding application acquisition, implementation, integration, operation, and training.
Participants will be asked to complete a short web-based survey, and a follow-up, 15-minute telephone interview. All participants will receive a complimentary copy of the summary research report detailing relative enterprise applications costs and user satisfaction issues, and will have the opportunity to participate in at least one teleconference discussion of the report findings with their peers.
