AUTOSERVE

It is an extension project which reduces the discrepancies of the existing Autodeal project which is done by Datacons (Banglaore), which only deals the day to day transactions. The reporting module of Autodeal is also very inefficient. So that it doesn't satisfies the exact client requirement. As a solution of this, the new version of Autoserve has been introduced though which the customer service details are automatically transferred from Autodeal, the reminder schedules are calculated based on purchase date or last service date, the reminder calls send to customer before 10 days of the service and report includes Daily/Monthly/Yearly service done reports, the customer details reports, the customer reminder list and also this reports can be taken as an excel sheet. The application uses more than 10 PL/SQL procedures and various correlated subqueries inorder to get desired report. To increase the optimal benefits and performance the existing database has been tuned (i.e. increase the System Global Area(SGA)

AUTOSPARES

It is a networking application software take cares spares department. The service stations spare part department comming under KUN HYUNDAI Pvt Ltd. are connected each other using database link. So that the lack of availability of spares can be maintained from other stations in online. This will reduce the delay of availability of the spares. The modification also includes ageing reports of all spare parts in the various reports based on the time limit and cost. The purchase orders is placed according to the calculation of the three month parts flow. Daily/Monthly/yearly profit of each spare stores calculated in the report.

AMMANAANA is a large departmental store which caters wide range of requirements. The store is major attraction to it's customer because they can buy all that they need under one roof. The store has many supplier supplying item to it. A supplier can supply one or more items.The store wants to record details of all available items in the database.The details to be stored are itemcode, item description, price, quantity on hand ,reorder level and reorder quantity. The new system help in maintaining an optimum whenever the quantity in hand goes beyond the reorder level, the new order can be placed. Another main feature is using text file printed under DOS increases speed of printing of bills and the reports. The reports also include the profit and Loss of the shop.

ACCOUNTS PACKAGE :

This application used to solve their yearly transactions for income tax and sales tax. Using this application we can enter purchase, sales and other transaction. Then it will give the profit/loss calculations. Then they can store the bank transactions. The purchase and sales transactions are transferred from supersoft which takes care of their day to day transactions. It also calculates and displays the daily/monthly/yearly profit/loss reports. The application also covers the area such as Create/modify/Delete the Ledgers, Group, Balancesheet preparation for the current business year.

This application takes care of their employee history. It will store employee details like name, address, family details, phone no. The main feature in the application is storing the image of employee in the database (Using Long Raw Data type).It also takes care of employee salaries, PF, DA, other allowances, loans, etc. The reminder, due dates also can be displayed and reported.
