Project Title- File Monitoring system

Description - The aim of the project is to develop a Management Information System for the organization. It is an E-Governance project where the automated system is supposed to offer monitoring of letters, memos and files in the whole organizational structure at each level of the management hierarchy. Users with respective rights and privileges can operate the system at their ease through the Intranet to view the status and position of their concerned files. Long-term objective of the project is to evolve into a Decision Support System. I also developed an information based website for the project (http://www30.brinkster.com/fmsproject)

Project Title – Automation of Fault-Tickets
Tools – Oracle 8i (Enterprise server)
Description – The project was implemented using a three-tier architecture system with the back-end as Oracle8i, Servlets as the middle layer and HTML forms as the front-end. Using System Analysis and Design techniques the system requirements were gathered and the database was designed. The structured system rendered users (with respective rights and privileges) the ability to access the system from the Intranet.

· As Database Administrator at Kordz Interactive, I was required to maintain all the internal databases for the organization. I have been setting up and maintaining database servers as well as administering them.
Kordz Interactive is a New Delhi based IT solutions provider, and I have been working there since October 1999.
