This report displays information about payments from CRC customers received in the period from ‘&START DATE’ to ‘&END DATE’ and belong to a specified client to be entered by the user as a parameter. ‘START DATE’ and ’END DATE’ are parameters to be enterd by the user. If the user specifies a certain portfolio, then only payments belong to the specified portfolio are reported.
Payment dues by debtors
This report displays information about due installments not paid by debtors. For each debtor, the report displays the debtor’s home phone, number of not paid due installments and the total amount for those installments. The report is for out balance sheet.

Payment by category/Services
This report displays information about payments received from customers in the period from ‘&START DATE’ to ‘&END DATE’ . ‘START DATE’ and ’END DATE’ are parameters to be entered by the user. The aim of this project is to customize the Oracle Application’s standard forms to impose specific business rules of the company and development of interfaces for integrating the Oracle Payable with Oracle HRMS and development of the reports for various financial modules (AP, AR, FA and GL).

This project deals with the customization of the Oracle Application’s standard forms in AP, AR and GL modules using Custom library without modifying the source code of standard forms. Development of interface between Oracle HRMS/PAYROLL and Oracle Payable, Discoverer workbooks in GL (2 reports) and FA (3 reports) modules and development of reports using Developer reports for Oracle Payable, Oracle Receivable, Oracle General Ledger and Fixed Assets. The phases of the Project are Design at onsite & Development and unit testing at offshore facilities.

Contribution
As a team member, was responsible for

 Coding for new reports and customizing forms with new validations.
 Testing – Preparation of Unit Test Cases and Unit Testing.
 Responsible for overseeing the Quality procedures related to the project.

To enforce the user to record Reconciliation Code at
the point of Data Entry in Oracle Standard forms
and to validate the value entered.

To restrict the user to view, post, and amend only the document types pertaining to their section/user group and to exercise strict security over various functions on the documents.

 Posting limit checks at a nominal level:
To prevent the users from creating transactions against specified nominal accounts for an AED value more than the value specified as posting limit against the combination and allow only select users to create the transactions even if the posting limit exceeds.
 Exception Report on Balance Limits Violation
 Remarks fields to be mandatory in data entry screens.
 Access to GL, AP, and AR Interface Screens
To restrict amendments to interface data by users by specifying the list of responsibilities who can access the error correction screen.
To assign responsibility of error resolution to specific users and allow amendments only to transactions pertaining to specific source.

The following reports has been developed in GL Module :

 Monthly Movement Variance report by User / User Group
The report would pick up the transactions from respective modules based on the parameter values. It would compute the balances by nominal or segment combinations for the above retrieved transactions. Then the report would compare the variances with the parameter period and generate the output. The report would include all variances equal to or more than the comparison criteria’s variance value specified irrespective of the type of variance (viz. Negative or Positive).
 Inter Module Reconciliation Report
This report should reconcile the transactions across modules. This report mainly reconciles the transactions in GL & AP and GL & AR.
 VAT Reports
Report would generate VAT recoverable on HO payments based on the parameters
