After installing Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 with 9.2.0.4.0 patch on Windows xp I tryed to start OEM console from start menu but windows give message that cannot find oemapp.bat, but oemapp is where it should be, in bin dir.So I copy-paste
target of console to c: promt,run it and now works.
So if someone could tell me what should I do to start console like it's ment to be ,from start menu and not from promt

Hi,

Check if your bin directory is still in the PATH. If it is, you should be able to invoke it from anywhere.
