I recevied following message.Is it just a message or something that we need to work on it?

It means no need to worry about that message and it has nothing to impact in database and server ?

Isn't it a stupid question? Oracle warns whenever it encounters something absurd behavior. It's up to you whether to ignore the alert or to take an action.
