As a recent graduate with an Associates Degree in Computer Programming, I am seeking quality experience in Developer 2000, preferably in the Kansas City area. I've received numerous responses to my resume, but without any industry experience I'm having difficulty even acquiring an interview. I know there's a tremendous shortage of experienced professionals, but what is the key to gaining some experience? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Dear Matthew,

You are in entry level like me but now I got a
good job in a software house,I am telling you the
key if u act upon it definately u will get experience as well smart salary job.
1-First you should create any software for any
organization without pay I mean just analyse the
system of environment and develope it by yourself and try to deploy this software in your
known organization without any charge once the
developed application software succesfully automate. Then you can explore to yourself in any
organization but it is time taking suggestion
it will take time but don't worry once you will
get the tactics of real time project by analysing
and coding next you won't have any in getting job

Thank You
